Empowering Educators and Adult Education Staff Through Intercultural Mediation 

In an ever-globalizing world, the ability to mediate intercultural encounters and promote inclusivity is a vital skill for educators. Participants in this dynamic course will embark on a 5-day journey of discovery and growth, gaining essential knowledge and skills in intercultural mediation. Here's a glimpse of what you can expect: 

Day 1: Mediation and Intercultural Dialogue - what is it?  

Day 2: Who does intercultural mediation?   

Day 3: How do you do intercultural mediation?  

Day 4: Managing diversity in intervention settings - what challenges? 

Day 5: Emotional management in mediation processes - what now? 

Active Training Methodologies for Multicultural Classroom Strategies 

Throughout the course, participants will engage in practical group work, short presentations on theoretical aspects, narrations, group dynamics, music, images, videos, and sharing pedagogical resources and practical cases. Guided cultural visits and visual facilitation will enhance the learning experience.
